The total rental amount and security fees are collected in cash at the beginning of the rental with the credit card of the person renting the vehicle. Credit card presentation is required during the rental. The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. It is not possible to rent with someone else’s credit card. In addition to the rental fee, a deposit between 15 and 100 Euros will be collected from the credit card presented by the customer, or a pre-authorization blockage will be made, depending on the vehicle group to be rented. For this reason, the card must have limit availability for these amounts (up to the total cost of rent and deposit). The amount collected or blocked as a deposit, at the end of the rental, if any, the above-mentioned additional services, guarantees, fuel, damage costs, traffic fines, etc. After deducting the costs that are not included in the reservation, such as (in cases where the conditions written in the rental agreement and explained in the section on what to do in case of accident and theft are not fulfilled), they will be returned to the same card and the blockage will be removed.
Deposit refunds are reflected in your account within 15 working days after the refund is made due to the internal communication of the bank.
The full fee is collected at the time of rental. You can make the payment in any currency. All major credit cards are accepted commission-free for payments except American Express.
